Debbie Huber, SRA, President of Huber Appraisal, inc., has been an appraiser in Las Vegas since 1988. Debbie is a past President of the Nevada State Appraisal Commission and a Past President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. She has completed appraisals, appraisal reviews and consulting assignments for the FDIC, Nevada Department of Transportation, Clark County, the City of North Las Vegas, CityCenter, and the FBI among others, and served as a consultant to Fannie Mae in Washington D.C. to assist in revisions of appraisal forms. Ms. Huber has testified and lobbied for appraisal issues on Capital Hill; and was chosen as a discussion leader at the Appraisal Institute’s Leadership Development Advisory Counsel in Washington D.C. Debbie is a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors, National Association of Appraisers, Coalition of Appraisers in Nevada, and a Director of the Appraisers’ Professional Liability Insurance Program, Inc.

Debbie has been married to Dan Huber since 1980. Dan was a Las Vegas Real Estate agent for over 27 years and also served as Dean of Education for the Nevada Association of Realtors®.
