Debbie Huber, SRA, owner of Huber Appraisal, inc., has been an appraiser in Las Vegas since 1988. Debbie is the immediate past President of the Nevada State Appraisal Commission and the Past President of the Las Vegas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute. She has completed appraisals for the Nevada Department of Transportation, Clark County and served as a consultant to Fannie Mae in Washington D.C. to assist in revisions of the current appraisal forms. Mrs. Huber has testified and lobbied for appraisal issues on Capital Hill; and acted as a discussion leader at the Appraisal Institute Leadership Development Advisory Counsel.

Debbie has been married to Dan Huber CRS, GRI since 1980. Dan has been a Las Vegas Real Estate agent for over 25 years and also served as Dean of Education for the Nevada Association of Realtors®. Dan and Debbie are also owners of Home Pride Inspections, a local property inspection firm.
