Debbie Huber, a founding owner of Home Pride Inspections, has developed training sessions and a Nevada State approved Continuing Education class for Nevada Real Estate agents to learn the latest information about appraisals and property inspections, and how they relate to agents and their clients. Debbie believes that good communication among all parties involved in each transaction provides better results for everyone. She is well versed in the latest information of interest to agents such as how to do comparable market analyses for unusual properties, new appraisal guidelines (such as FHA) that affect real estate clients, what does it mean when the property inspector says…? The presentations are available in three basic formats:

• Sales meetings/training sessions – The time frame and content are customized to your needs. Topics covered include any appraisal and/or inspection issues pertinent to Realtors®. These informative sessions are helpful in expediting transactions for agents of all experience levels.
• On-Site training – “Field Trip” – The “field trip” is an approximately 1 – 2 hour on-site “walk-around” of a vacant home as seen by appraisers and property inspectors. Informal and interactive, it is beneficial for both the listing and selling process. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this field trip says it all!
• Continuing Education class – This is a three hour general CE class geared for Realtors®, agents, and brokers. This class is presented on PowerPoint, and includes updated information about appraisals and property inspections, and how they directly relate to real estate agents and their clients (CE Number for this course is 2480000-RE).
