Debbie Huber, has developed training sessions for Nevada Real Estate agents to learn the latest information about appraisals, and how they relate to agents and their clients. Debbie believes that good communication among all parties involved in each transaction provides better results for everyone. She is well versed in the latest information of interest to agents such as how to do comparable market analyses for unusual properties, revised appraisal guidelines that affect real estate clients, The presentations are available in two basic formats:
- Sales meetings/training sessions – The time frame and content are customized to your needs. Topics covered include any appraisal issues pertinent to Realtors®. These informative sessions are helpful in expediting transactions for agents of all experience levels.
- On-Site training – “Field Trip” – The “field trip” is an approximately 1 – 2 hour on-site “walk-around” of a vacant home as seen by appraisers. Informal and interactive, it is beneficial for both the listing and selling process. If a picture is worth a thousand words, this field trip says it all!
